Western Landcare Forum Dinner

The forum dinner will include a three course meal with entree and main prepared by Mildura’s ‘The Gourmet Chef‘ and dessert by The Caff Broken Hill. All meals will showcase produce from the western region and demonstrate how diverse, healthy and beautiful rangeland produce can be.

Guests will be treated to a talk from one of the forum’s key note speakers celebrity chef Matt Golinski. The dinner will also see the presentation of the 2017 ‘Life and Light in the Western Region’ photo comp awards. Following the formal proceedings of the night guests will be entertained by band ‘Trouble with Johnny‘.

The Broken Hill Golf & Country Club will be open from 6pm for pre-dinner drinks and nibbles with entree served at 7pm.
